Meet the team

Sabina silwal, director

Sabina is a Registered Nurse and has over 9 years of experience in the disability and community nursing sector. Throughout her career, Sabina has supported many participants from diverse backgrounds and helped them achieve their goals. Sabina has extensive experience in creating customized plans for participants by working with a team of carers, school teachers, allied health professional, and doctors. Sabina is highly driven about people being able to access quality services to suit their individual needs. As a director, Sabina is responsible for leading Direct Care Assistance and growing the organisation as a trusted community service provider.

We have a dedicated and experienced staff including registered nurses, qualified support workers and other qualified health care professionals.
